Will Harris | Managing Member
Will Harris is a 2001 graduate of the College of William & Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia, where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a Minor in Marketing. He subsequently attended Washington and Lee University School of Law where he focused his efforts on understanding, reviewing, drafting and negotiating contracts, as well as excelling in the fields of mediation and client counseling. Will is licensed to practice law in the state of New York. As an attorney, Will’s legal work has been instrumental in negotiating and drafting various contractual agreements, in addition to mediating contractual disputes. He has also been engaged in complex class action litigation involving antitrust, securities and wage and employment laws resulting in over $4B in settlements and judgments.
Will is also a NFLPA-certified contract advisor and has represented several athletes at differing levels of professional competition including the NFL, CFL and AFL. Will understands the intricate complexities of contracts and his analytical skills focuses on problem solving, creative thinking and process improvement in a rapidly changing environment. He has positive influencing skills, both verbally and through the written presentation of materials, which are invaluable to protecting his clients’ interest.
